2008 Mercedes Benz CL-Class
The next Mercedes Benz CL-Class coupe can be seen here as much as much sleeker and more elegant than the current iteration, with a rear end that
recalls that of the new S-Class – not surprising, as the new CL likely will be built on the S-Class platform. Engines offered will range from a Europe only V6 to a twinturbo V12, with one or two diesel powerplants propably making their way to north America as well. The top of the line model will be AMG-tuned, of course, with a version of the 6.3 litre V8, likely delivering more than 600 horsepower.
The new CL is scheduled for release in December of this year, with the CL63AMG launching shortly thereafter.
